All movement supports good health. Walk, run, lift, play tennis, swim, do yoga, Pilates, or Tai Chi. Do it on your own. Do it with a friend. Do it in the morning, the afternoon, or the evening. Most of the fitness industry gets this wrong, with its bizarre and non-evidence-based focus on this exercise or that fad or gadget.
