Make things simpler to make them sustainable. For example, a great exercise strategy can have just two parts: vigorous walking (as often as possible) and the Turkish Get Up. I can almost promise that if you walk an hour four times weekly and do 40 Get Ups weekly, you’ll build fitness, have all the energy you need for other pursuits, and set the stage for adding more elements in the future. Making things complex is not the same as making them better.
