I love stories like this because they completely undercut the argument that somehow weight loss is something other than simple algebra. In the last couple of years, people (mostly men…why is that?) have lost significant weight eating only McDonalds, Starbucks, and pizza. How? Why? They cut their total calorie intake and walked…a lot. It’s only rocket science if you try to outsmart yourself.
