You can convince people of just about anything. A couple of my favorite health-for-dopes themes are in this article from Mic. It’s stunning how many people still believe dietary fat, eaten in modest amounts, is bad for you. Nothing could be further from the truth. This article also quotes Dariush Mozaffarian, formerly of Harvard (where they still believe fat is bad for you), now of Tufts, who is one of the few reliable physician experts on nutrition.
