Over the last 6 months or so, my dad and I have worked with Vik Khanna, a Strongfirst certified kettlebell instructor to learn how to use kettlebells safely and effectively. Working with Vik and learning with my dad has been such a fun and enriching experience. Vik is so knowledgeable on all things kettlebell and health and fitness and he is definitely one of the best coaches I’ve ever had. We have learned so much from Vik and I can honestly say that I have the confidence to work with kettlebells that I didn’t have before and I know that kettlebell work will be a major part of my workouts for the rest of my life.
