Coaching is sold in packages of eight (8) sessions (about 80 minutes each). You must use all eight sessions within six months of purchase. This is a deep dive into the Big Six kettlebell movements, all taught using the StrongFirst, hardstyle system: Turkish Get Up, Swing, Press, Clean, Squat, and either High Pull or Snatch. There is a lot of material; you must be willing to listen, ask good questions, absorb information quickly and efficiently, and practice.
You will need your own kettlebells to practice at home what you learn with me. Sessions are typically two weeks apart; during that time, you should practice, read the recommended articles, and watch the recommended videos. You can email or text me videos of your practice so I can provide feedback. Each session builds on the previous one. All sessions are in my fully equipped kettlebell studio in Wildwood, MO.
1 person: $695
Spouses, domestic partners, family members, and friends who learn and train together pay less.

For teams of two to four (the maximum), everyone must attend each session; there are no individual sessions and no make ups.
If you have kettlebell experience and simply want me to critique your form and provide advice, you can buy time at $95 per hour. If you are prepping to seek your StrongFirst SFG certification, contact me for discounted rates; I’ve been to the prep, I passed, I know what’s expected. No one else in the Midwest can help you prepare the way I can.
Once you are a client, you are a client. You can email me questions, upload videos you want me to review and comment on, text me, and just generally stay in touch. As long as you don’t abuse this access privilege, you don’t need to continually buy new packages.
Returning clients who come back for a refresher get a discount of 10%. Clients who refer new students to me get a $25 gift card as a thanks for the referral who signs a contract.
